Bruce Dooyema - Trustee
From an early age, Bruce pursued a career on his family farm. Today, the farm ‘Center Fresh Egg’ has multiple operations in Iowa as well as Mozambique. Bruce is therefore uniquely placed to offer expertise and experience in producing eggs in both developed and emerging nations.
As a husband & father of three daughters, Bruce knows that his family expects the same high-quality, affordable and safe eggs that consumers demand.
As an egg farmer, he is committed to doing what is right for his hens, the environment and his community. Bruce is proud to provide Americans and those in Mozambique with affordable and nutritious food.
He currently serves on various boards and committees including: World Poultry Foundation Egg Industry Center, American Egg Board, United Egg Producers, President of Iowa Egg Council, Sioux Center Health, Sioux Center Chamber Ag. Committee, Volunteer and President of Sioux Center Ambulance Squad, and also serves on the Sioux Center Health Executive board.
